AdictosPanel provides AdictosPanel, a multi-tenant web admin panel for FiveM servers, including optional Discord bot features (tickets, VIP roles) and related tools at adictospanel.com.
Paid plans (Premium) are sold through
Tebex / Cfx.re, which acts as Merchant of Record for FiveM assets.
You pay on Tebex and then bind the transaction ID (tbx-…) to your Steam account in the panel.
We partner with Tebex Limited (www.tebex.io), who are the official merchant of digital content produced by us. If you wish to purchase licenses to use digital content we produce, you must do so through Tebex as our licensed reseller and merchant of record. In order to make any such purchase from Tebex, you must agree to their terms, available at https://checkout.tebex.io/terms. If you have any queries about a purchase made through Tebex, including but not limited to refund requests, technical issues or billing enquiries, you should contact Tebex support at https://www.tebex.io/contact/checkout in the first instance.
You may not use the panel or Discord bot to break the law, harass others, distribute malware, scrape Discord data beyond enabled features, or bypass security controls. Uploaded and ticket content is also governed by our Content Policy.
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Server owners are responsible for how they and their staff use player and ticket data on their servers.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, AdictosPanel is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by misuse, third-party outages (Steam, Discord, Tebex, Cfx.re, hosting) or server-owner configurations.
We may update these terms. The version number above will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

No puedes usar el panel o el bot para infringir la ley, acosar, distribuir malware, hacer scraping de Discord fuera de las funciones habilitadas ni eludir controles de seguridad. El contenido subido y de tickets también se rige por la Política de contenidos.
Los datos personales se tratan según la Política de privacidad. Los dueños de servidor son responsables del uso que ellos y su staff hagan de datos de jugadores y tickets.
Buscamos un servicio fiable, pero no garantizamos disponibilidad ininterrumpida. En la medida permitida por la ley, AdictosPanel se ofrece «tal cual» y no respondemos por daños indirectos, lucro cesante o pérdida de datos por mal uso, caídas de terceros (Steam, Discord, Tebex, Cfx.re, hosting) o configuraciones del dueño del servidor.
Podemos actualizar estas condiciones. El número de versión superior reflejará los cambios. El uso continuado tras una actualización implica aceptación cuando la ley lo permita.
